Competition Terms & Conditions – VIP Venue Styling Giveaway

1. Eligibility 

• All VIP ticket holders for The Liverpool Wedding Show 2025 will automatically be entered into the prize draw. 
• Each VIP ticket purchased counts as one entry.
• The prize package must be booked in the diary before the end of 2025 (can be taken any year, just needs to be in place).
   

2. The Prize 

• One winner will receive a wedding venue styling package including:
  • 60 x neutral chair drapes (used for both ceremony & breakfast if the venue allows movement).
  • 1 x split floral arch (used for both ceremony & breakfast if the venue allows movement).
  • 6 x table centrepieces with styling.
  • 6 x white velvet tablecloths.
  • 1 x top table styling with white velvet tablecloth. 
• Package includes the neutral dressing shown in photographs and video on the competition post.
• Colours may be incorporated through styling where appropriate. 
• Additional items or alternative styling can be added at the winner’s cost.
   

3. Limitations

• No alternative prize or monetary equivalent will be offered
• No substitutions of styling beyond what is listed above.
   

4. Travel & Venue Restrictions

• The prize includes set-up and styling at the winner’s chosen venue for up to 60 guests. 
• Additional travel costs may apply depending on venue location. 
• Styling is subject to venue permissions and access.
   

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all VIP ticket holders.
• The draw will take place on Wednesday 24th September 2025 and the winner will be contacted directly.
   

6. General

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms & conditions.
• The Wedding Show reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
